Do you offer web design or programming?
No. We feel our strengths are elsewhere and leave that to others who are talented in that area. We do have local web and software developers that we partner with to bring these and other services to our clients.
What area do you service?
We primarily serve those within a 50 mile radius of Thorp, but we are happy to provide service where needed. We also provide a remote support option via the Internet for customers in more distant locales.
Do you make house calls?
We make house calls when the situation requires it, but prefer to primarily work from our office. We charge a small trip fee for travel to locations greater than 10 miles from our office, in addition to the cost of repairs, etc.

If my computer is needed immediately, do you provide expedited services?
We provide expedited service to businesses, and offer it to individuals on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to charge for expedited services.
First, contact us and we can set up a time for you to either drop off your computer, or make a call at your location. We offer free 15-minute phone advice as well.
If your computer needs diagnostic work to determine the problem, we perform a brief diagnostic for free and then give you the option of letting us make the repair. Extensive diagnostic work is billed at an hourly rate.
If you are looking for a new system, we start with a brief consultation to help you pick the right tool for the job. We then provide you with a quote and let you decide whether you want to purchase the computer we suggest.
